We are ridiculously hyped to bring you a very special guest at Playhouse: the March edition. It’s the one and only Victor Ebuwa from Big Brother 5!
If you want an all-night-long dance to chart pop, RnB, hip-hop, indie, synth-pop, UKG, electro and whatever else, you’ve come to the right place. Girls Aloud, Pulp, Kanye West, Refused, Sean Paul, Talking Heads, Artful Dodger, George Michael, Robyn, Rihanna, Destiny’s Child, Beastie Boys, Metronomy - expect the unexpected.
Victor Ebuwa is anyone in their right mind’s favourite Big Brother contestant of all time, and he warns that he’ll be getting embarrassingly drunk after his DJ set. So get excited… (It’s also our very own Natalie’s birthday, so make sure you buy her shots all night)
October 2012 might as well be renamed, for the amount of Playhouse action there is coming up.
We’re guest DJing at sexy, sweaty, bolshy, beautiful RnB party HotHouse and then the weekend after, it’s the regular Playhouse with our special guest DJs all the way from Munich.
Then after one weekend off, it’s the launch of our spin-off night in King’s Cross, followed by a Halloween party with our friends Dirty Sex Music.
We took Munich by storm! Yes, it was Playhouse’s very first international DJ set recently… and we’re pleased to report that we had an amazing time in Munich at The Atomic Cafe, partying with 400-odd Germans.
The Innocent Boys (Felix and Philipp) will be returning the favour in October as they head over to London to DJ at Playhouse, but first, it’s September 8th’s party at The Waiting Room in Stoke Newington with The Good Natured and Jon Claude. Oh yes.
Playhouse’s teenage years have passed - and we’re celebrating entrance into our twenties with fave band The Good Natured! If you want an all-night-long dance to chart pop, RnB, hip-hop, indie, synth-pop, UKG, electro and whatever else, you’ve come to the right place.
Girls Aloud, Pulp, Kanye West, Refused, Sean Paul, Talking Heads, Artful Dodger, George Michael, Robyn, Rihanna, Destiny’s Child, Beastie Boys, Metronomy… expect the unexpected.
This month’s guest DJs THE GOOD NATURED represent the pop noir A-list. Recently signed to Regal / Parlophone Records, offer a catchy Gothic twist on Electro-Pop with their new EP entitled ‘Skeleton’.
We also welcome back DJ Jon Claude to the decks - you might have seen him at Playhouse in July. His set will be unmissable, we promise.

This month’s guest DJs are one of our favourite London bands, Cymbals. They know their way around a shimmery chorus - and they’ve been making their name behind the decks across London over the past year. The perfect soundtrack.
We also welcome DJ Jon Claude to The Waiting Room - we hear his sets might have you in a frenzy.
